Use of the website and the purchase of products available on the site are subject to these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read this document carefully before placing an order.

2. Definitions

Within these terms:

• Seller / Solar Carpat – TEAM CARPATI SRL.
• Customer – the individual or legal entity placing an order.
• Consumer – an individual acting for purposes outside their professional activity.
• Website – www.solarcarpat.com.
• Products – the products sold through the website.
• Order – the request submitted by the customer to purchase one or more products.

3. Products sold

Solar Carpat sells standard products in the category of equipment and accessories for solar and energy systems.

Product characteristics are presented on their individual pages.

Product images are for informational purposes only and there may be minor differences in appearance, color, packaging or accessories, depending on the product and manufacturer.

If certain technical characteristics change on the manufacturer's side, without affecting the product's essential functionality, they may be updated on the website.

4. Prices

Product prices are displayed on the website and may or may not include VAT, in accordance with the company's tax status and the information displayed at the time of the order.

Shipping cost is displayed separately, where applicable.

The final price paid by the customer is the one displayed at the final step of the order, before confirmation.

5. Placing an order

The customer can place an order through the website.

During the ordering process, the customer will provide the information necessary for processing, invoicing and delivering the order.

Before submitting the order, the customer has the opportunity to check the information entered and correct any errors.

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer, as applicable.

6. Product availability

Products may have different availability statuses:

In stock – warehouse pickup: if the product is physically available in the warehouse, it can be picked up by the customer, according to the pickup schedule set by Solar Carpat.

In stock – delivery: products available in stock are usually delivered within an estimated 1–3 business days, depending on the courier, destination and order volume.

Pre-order: products not in stock may be available for pre-order. The estimated timeframe for such products is approximately 10–14 days, subject to change depending on the supplier, shipping and product availability.

The above timeframes are estimates and will be communicated to the customer based on the specific situation of the order.

7. Delivery

Solar Carpat may use several courier service providers.

The customer can select, from the options available at the time of placing the order, the delivery method most convenient for them.

Shipping cost is calculated and displayed during checkout, depending on the option selected, destination, weight, dimensions and other applicable conditions.

Solar Carpat cannot guarantee a specific delivery time when the delay is caused by the carrier, weather conditions, exceptional situations, public holidays or other circumstances beyond the company's control.

8. Payment

For orders delivered by courier, payment is made in advance, using the payment methods available on the website at the time the order is placed.

Depending on the available options, payment can be made online through a payment processor.

For orders picked up from the warehouse, the customer may have the option to pay for the order upon pickup, under the conditions and using the payment methods accepted by Solar Carpat.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

9. Warehouse pickup

Pickup is available: Monday–Friday (08:00 – 17:00).

We recommend that the customer wait for confirmation that the product is ready before traveling to the warehouse.

10. Order confirmation

An order may be confirmed by email or through other means of communication provided by the customer.

In exceptional situations, such as a product being unavailable, an obvious pricing error, or the objective impossibility of processing the order, Solar Carpat may contact the customer for clarification or may cancel the order, refunding any amounts paid, if applicable.

11. Invoicing

A corresponding tax document is issued for each order, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The invoice may be sent electronically to the email address provided by the customer or made available through other available means.

12. Warranty and product conformity

Products sold benefit from legal rights regarding conformity and, where applicable, commercial warranties offered by the manufacturer.

If there is a problem with a product, the customer must contact Solar Carpat at: team.carpati@gmail.com

The customer may be asked to provide information, photos, videos or other documents necessary for the initial assessment.

Depending on the nature of the problem, the product may be requested for technical inspection.

Consumers' rights regarding product conformity are not limited by these terms.

13. Returns and withdrawal

Returns are made in accordance with the Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal available on the website.

For individual consumers, the legal right of withdrawal applies under the conditions provided by current legislation.

14. Complaints and reports

We will review each report and attempt to resolve it within a reasonable time, in accordance with applicable legislation.

15. Customer obligations

The customer agrees to:

• provide accurate and complete information
• check the information entered before finalizing the order
• use the products according to the manufacturer's instructions
• follow installation and safety instructions
• not use the products in a manner contrary to their intended purpose

For electrical equipment and photovoltaic systems, installation and commissioning must, when required, be carried out by qualified and authorized persons, in accordance with legislation and manufacturer requirements.

16. Limitation of liability

Solar Carpat is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products, incorrect installation, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or use of the products for purposes other than those for which they were designed.

This provision does not limit consumers' legal rights and does not exclude liability in situations where it cannot be limited by law.

17. Intellectual property

The website's content, including text, images, graphic elements, logos, structure and other materials, may be protected by copyright and intellectual property legislation.

Reproducing, copying, distributing or using the content without the rights holder's consent is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.

Rights to trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners.

18. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Solar Carpat may modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary.

The current version will be published on the website.

For orders already confirmed, the terms in effect at the time the contract was concluded will apply, to the extent provided by law.

19. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law and applicable European Union legislation.

Mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable legislation are not affected by these terms.
