Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

This Return Policy applies to products purchased from www.solarcarpat.com, operated by TEAM CARPATI SRL.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation applicable to distance contracts, individual consumers are entitled, under the conditions of the law, to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without having to justify their decision.

For a sales contract, the 14-day period begins on the date the consumer, or a third party other than the carrier designated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the products.

If the order contains several products delivered separately, the period is calculated in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

2. How to request withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear request to: team.carpati@gmail.com

The request must contain at least:

• first and last name
• order number
• the products for which withdrawal is requested
• order date
• contact details
• preferred method of communication regarding the return

The customer may also use the withdrawal form available on the website, if provided.

3. Returning products

After submitting the withdrawal request, products must be returned without undue delay and, in any case, within the period provided by applicable legislation.

Products should, as far as possible, be returned in a condition that allows them to be checked and in packaging suitable for shipping.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

4. Return costs

When exercising the legal right of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer, except where legislation provides otherwise or Solar Carpat expressly offers to cover these costs.

Before returning a product, the customer must contact Solar Carpat for instructions on the return procedure.

We do not recommend shipping products without prior confirmation from us.

5. Refunds

When the right of withdrawal is exercised under the conditions of the law, Solar Carpat will refund the amounts paid by the customer, including, where applicable, the standard delivery costs for the order, under the conditions and limits provided by applicable legislation.

The refund may be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to a different method.

Solar Carpat may delay the refund until the returned products are received or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever occurs first, in accordance with applicable legislation.

6. Defective or non-conforming products

The right of withdrawal is distinct from the consumer's rights regarding the legal warranty of conformity.

If the product received is defective, non-conforming, or does not match the characteristics presented, the customer must contact Solar Carpat at: team.carpati@gmail.com

The customer must provide:

• order number
• product name
• description of the issue
• photos or video, if necessary for the initial assessment

Solar Carpat may request the return of the product for technical inspection.

If it is established that the issue is covered by the legal warranty of conformity or, where applicable, the commercial warranty, the matter will be resolved in accordance with applicable legislation and warranty conditions.

In such cases, reasonable costs related to remedying or returning the product, when owed by the seller under the law, will not be passed on to the consumer.

7. Products damaged during shipping

If you notice that the product's packaging is damaged upon delivery, we recommend checking the product and, if possible, noting the damage on the shipping documents and taking photos.

If the product was damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at team.carpati@gmail.com, providing the order number and photos of the product and packaging.

8. Products that cannot be returned

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases expressly excluded by applicable legislation.

If a legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies to certain products, this will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.

9. Legal entities

The 14-day legal right of withdrawal is specific to consumers, i.e. individuals acting outside their professional activity.

For orders placed by legal entities or for professional purposes, return conditions are established according to the contract and applicable legislation.

Products should not be sent to the registered office if it differs from the designated return address, unless Solar Carpat expressly confirms otherwise.

11. Return recommendations

To avoid damage to products during shipping, the customer should use suitable packaging and protect the product appropriately.

Solar Carpat recommends keeping the original packaging for the duration of the withdrawal period and the warranty period.
