As a three-phase hybrid inverter, it is suitable for larger residential properties, commercial buildings and energy storage projects where both solar generation and battery storage need to work together efficiently. This inverter supports high-voltage lithium-ion batteries with a battery voltage range of 160–700V, helping to increase system efficiency and reduce current losses. With a maximum charging and discharging current of 37A, the inverter provides strong battery performance for daily energy storage, self-consumption optimisation and backup applications. On the PV side, the SUN-10K-SG01HP3-EU-DM2 supports up to 20kW PV access power and 16kW maximum PV input power, making it suitable for high-output solar installations. The inverter includes 2 MPPT trackers, allowing flexible solar string design and improved energy harvest from different roof orientations or PV arrays. With a maximum PV voltage of 1000V and an MPPT voltage range of 150–850V, it is designed for modern high-voltage PV systems. For energy management, the inverter supports 6 programmable time periods for battery charging and discharging. This allows users to optimise energy use based on solar production, electricity tariffs and backup requirements. The AC coupling function also makes it possible to retrofit the inverter into existing solar systems, adding battery storage without completely replacing the current PV installation. The Deye SUN-10K-SG01HP3-EU-DM2 is also designed for reliable backup power. In off-grid mode, it can deliver peak power of 1.5 times the rated output for 10 seconds, helping to support demanding loads during start-up. The inverter also supports 100% unbalanced output, which provides greater flexibility when powering uneven three-phase loads. For larger systems, up to 10 units can be connected in parallel for both on-grid and off-grid operation, while multiple batteries can also be used in parallel.
